Entering into a Contract with Us
When you place an order with us, it signifies your intention to purchase goods and establishes an offer. We will promptly send you an email confirmation upon receiving your order, acknowledging its receipt and initiating the review process. Following the evaluation of your order, we will send you another email to confirm its acceptance, indicating that a binding contract has been formed between us. However, in the event that the goods you have requested are no longer available or if a pricing error has occurred, we will notify you accordingly. In such cases, you will not receive an email confirmation, and no contractual agreement will be in place.

How to Place an Order
To place an order with us, you have two convenient options. Through our website, you can select the desired product, add it to your basket, and proceed to checkout. At any point, you can remove items you no longer wish to purchase from your basket. If you prefer to order by telephone, our friendly team is available during office hours to assist you.
You will have full visibility of the shipping charges before finalising your order. We believe in transparency, and we want you to be aware of any applicable shipping fees from the outset. Furthermore, it’s important to note that all customers are required to make full payment at the time of ordering. Our website utilises secure payment facilities to ensure the safety of all online transactions. You can conveniently pay for your order using Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect.
During the specified promotional period, any discounted prices displayed on our website are applicable. It’s essential to take note of the duration of the promotion to avail of the discounted prices. All prices listed on our website are stated in UK pounds and include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the prevailing rate. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s important to be aware that changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs. Such changes could potentially impact the estimated delivery times. Delivery & Carriage Charges
Goods are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 11-14 working days, although please note that the estimated dispatch date provided is subject to change without notice. Once dispatched, goods are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. It’s important to be aware that orders may arrive in multiple deliveries. We offer delivery to mainland Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland; however, additional charges apply for delivery to the Channel Islands, the Highlands/Islands of Scotland, Ireland/Northern Ireland, and The Isle of Wight.
Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at the checkout. As some of our products are heavy, you may be required to assist the delivery driver in unloading the goods. Proper disposal of packing materials is the responsibility of the customer. Changing the delivery address after dispatch incurs additional charges and delays. It is crucial for customers to inspect the goods upon delivery and report any missing or damaged items to the delivery driver or to us within 24 hours. In the event of loss or damage during transit, please inform us within 24 hours.
Deliveries are made to ground floors only, assuming there is reasonable access for safe and efficient depositing of goods. Special delivery requirements or conditions should be communicated when placing the order. Our drivers are insured to deliver goods only to the kerb side. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may prevent the planned delivery, such as breakdowns, accidents, adverse weather conditions, or issues with suppliers. While we strive to resolve these issues promptly, we cannot guarantee immediate correction or be held responsible for any resulting delays or failures in delivery.
For orders with a total basket value exceeding £300, we provide free delivery. An additional charge of £25 is applicable for orders requiring delivery to Ireland.
Cancellation and Returns
You cannot cancel orders for bespoke items, including those made to order or modified according to your specifications (e.g., Bella, Valore, and Zurfiz), such as custom sizes or hinge holes. However, you have the right to cancel your contract within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via email, fax, or written communication. While you are not obligated to provide a reason for cancellation, a brief explanation would be appreciated. If you decide to cancel, unwanted items must be returned at your own expense within 2 weeks, in their original packaging, to avoid damage during transit, we charge a 20% handling fee for returns. Failure to return the goods will result in collection by us, with associated costs. Once returned, you will be refunded all payments made within 30 days, minus any relevant expenses as per this contract. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights in cases of misdescribed or faulty goods.
Faulty Goods / Guarantee
If you encounter any issues with the goods you have received, please inform us by email or in writing, providing comprehensive details of the problem. Our provided goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which safeguards against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty. The customer has 48 hours to notify us of any damages or faults, after this period we can not issue any returns, refunds or exchanges. Please check all goods are in order within this period. This warranty is in addition to your standard legal rights as a consumer, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
In the event that an exchange is necessary, we will make arrangements promptly and at no additional cost. However, replacement goods will only be dispatched once we receive the original goods and conduct the necessary checks. If the returned items are found to be faulty, we will cover the cost of their return. However, if the goods are determined to be non-faulty, they will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for covering the postage expenses.
All the products we supply come with a minimum 12-month guarantee. It is essential to protect any item placed near a heat source or exposed to steam by using appropriate heat deflectors or suitable protective measures. Within the guarantee period, we will replace defective goods at our discretion and free of charge, provided that you have returned any faulty items to us as requested.
In the event that the specific item is no longer available, we will offer you an equivalent alternative product. Our responsibility is to provide a replacement for the faulty goods, and we cannot guarantee an exact match to other or previous products. If such a situation arises, you will have the option to receive a refund.
If replacements for faulty goods have been received and we have not requested their return, it becomes your responsibility to dispose of them appropriately.
Lowest Price Guarantee
Our price guarantee means we will match the price offered by any UK-based competitor within 7 days of your purchase, on a ‘like-for-like’ basis (total quotation price), taking into account all charges and dispatch/delivery estimates: after all factors are considered, we will beat their price by 5% of the difference.
To make a price match claim, you must forward a detailed quotation from the competitor to us either by email ([email protected]) or by post.
Liability
All products sold on this website have been designed and manufactured to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that our products comply with any legal requirement outside of the UK. We do not accept any liability for any indirect losses or consequential losses of profit.
