Not happy? No worries!

We offer a 12-month warranty on all faulty items, which is covered by the manufacturer.

We will bill you directly for the shipping back. You will be responsible for paying for the repackaging and reshipping fee as soon as the goods have been checked and repackaged. This will apply to orders that have not been adapted (made to measure, drilled for hinges and painted to order).
